• All products must be in the condition you received it. We will not do returns/exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
• Customers must pay for return shipping of Material Opulence. 
• Products can be returned within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, the sale is final.
• Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.
